崗位職責 (Job Responsibilities)：            

1、開發當地目標客戶：大型流通農資企業客戶；

Develop local customers: key distributors in target country

2、針對現有客戶的跟進和維護：

Customer follow-up and management:

（1）、和客戶溝通、跟進產品在客戶的一級（經銷商）、二級渠道分銷（零售商）、動銷進度；（大型流通型貿易客戶新客戶開發、生產制造型新客戶開發、大型種植基地客戶開發以及推動二級渠道分銷）

Communication with customers, trace distribution and sales of dealers and retailers ( find new customers in trade-oriented and production-oriented enterprises, large-scale plantations, and promote the distribution on retailers)

（2）、搜集整理產品推廣銷售過程中的主要分銷、動銷信息，并且提出改進意見和方案；

Collect distribution and sales information in the process of product promotion and sales, and provide suggestions and solutions for improvement;

3、產品渠道建設的執行：核心經銷商、核心零售商鋪貨方案的推動和執行；

Implement channel development: Promotion and implementation of distribution plans for key dealers and retailers

4、屬地化渠道店面生動化、宣傳工具的方案制定和執行；

Plan and implementation of local channel storefronts and promotion tools

5、對客戶銷售和推廣團隊進行產品技術培訓，對渠道經銷商和零售店進行產品

銷售推廣和技術培訓；

Provide training and technical support to customers’ teams, dealers and retailers

6、試驗示范推廣： 協同客戶進行試驗示范田建設，執行，結果反饋和匯總；

Field trials and demonstration: assist customers to conduct field trials and demonstration, and collect and feedback field results and data

7、屬地化媒體和銷售推廣的方案制定和執行；

Plan and implementation of local media and sales promotion

8、執行總部事業部下達的各項工作動作；

9、每日、每周、每月定期向事業部進行工作匯報；

任職要求(Job Requirements)：                      

1、 外語要求：熟練掌握當地官方語言聽說讀寫流利；

Language ability: excellent local language skills in spelling and speaking

2、具有農化行業渠道開發、銷售和推廣3-5年以上經驗，有當地客戶資源；

3-5 years’ experience in channel development, sales and promotion in agrochemicals, local resources required

3、外企(如拜耳、巴斯夫、先正達等)或本土知名農資企業從業經驗優先；

Have job experience in multinational companies (Bayer, BASF, Syngenta and etc.) or the top local distribution company or manufacturers

4、能夠長期駐外；

Able to work in field for long time
